Cancellation of Okinawa and Osaka Performances

Refund Period: September 16th to 30th

Message to Customers:

Due to artist and other operational reasons, we have come to the conclusion that it is difficult to hold these performances. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers, performers, and all parties involved who were looking forward to the shows.

If you wish to receive a refund, please send an email to ticket@afrojam.jp with the following 1-7 information during the refund acceptance period.

*If you purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket or Ticket Pia, please apply for a refund at the relevant ticket company.

1) Your name
2) Phone number
3) Date and time of performance for which you wish to receive a refund
4) Seat type and number
5) Number of tickets
6) Photo of the ticket
7) Bank name, branch name, regular or current account, account number, account holder name (katakana)

For Japan Post Bank: 3-digit branch number, 7-digit account number, account holder name (katakana)

The refund process will be handled by AFRO JAM and then paid to the customer's bank. It may take 1-3 months for the refund to be processed, so it is important to check your bank statement frequently to see when the refund will be processed.
