[Notice regarding ticket refunds and rescheduled performances]

Thank you for your interest in the AFROJAM 2025 performances. We apologize for this sudden announcement to everyone who was looking forward to the event. Due to the change in dates and the cancellation of some performances, we would like to inform you as follows.

■ About the Okinawa and Osaka performances

We are currently planning to hold rescheduled performances.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to scheduling conflicts, we will change the dates. If you have already purchased tickets, please keep them. They will be valid for the rescheduled performances. We will announce the new dates on our official website and social media as soon as they are decided. We will also provide refunds to customers who cannot attend the rescheduled performances.

■ About the Tokyo performance

The Tokyo performances on Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th have been canceled, and will be held as scheduled on Sunday, July 27th only.

We will take the following measures.
1. We will provide refunds to customers who purchased tickets for Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th. >>> https://afrojam.com/refund
If you would like to do so, please follow the procedure at the link below.
2. Tickets for Sunday, July 27th can be used as is.

3. Tickets purchased during the initial sales period with the dates July 25th to 27th listed can also be used for the performance on Sunday, July 27th.

4. If you purchased a 2-day or 3-day pass and would like a refund (change) for the difference in price for the canceled event, please follow the procedure below.

• Inquiries and refund requests will be handled on a rolling basis.

Please note that it may take some time for us to reply as we will be checking each request one by one.

• In order to prevent any issues with ticket handling, we may contact you for confirmation.

Please be sure to wait for an official reply as we may not be able to refund or change your ticket if you do not agree or confirm in advance.

• If you use a ticket without a date, it will only be valid for Sunday, July 27th. Please note that it cannot be used on any other dates.

• Ticket transfer and resale are strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that any trouble occurs regarding tickets obtained from a third party, the organizers will not take any responsibility. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We look forward to your continued support of AFROJAM.

[Ticket Refund Details]
<For customers who purchased tickets at AFRO JAM>

If you wish to receive a refund, please send an email to ticket@afrojam.jp with the following 1-7 information during the refund acceptance period.

*If you purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket or Ticket Pia, please apply for a refund at the relevant ticket company.

1) Your name
2) Phone number
3) Date and time of performance for which you wish to receive a refund
4
) Seat type and number
5) Number of tickets
6) Photo of the ticket
7) Bank name, branch name, regular or current account, account number, account holder name (katakana)
For Japan Post Bank: 3-digit branch number, 7-digit account number, account holder name (katakana)

The refund process will be handled by AFRO JAM and then paid to the customer's bank. It may take 1-3 months for the refund to be processed, so it is important to check your bank statement frequently to see when the refund will be processed.

For refunds of fees other than the ticket price (excluding shipping and payment fees), a "Various Fees Ticket" is required.

We cannot refund tickets that have had their stubs torn off.

Please note that refunds will not be available outside of the refund period above.

<For customers who purchased tickets for the Okinawa or Osaka performance>
Tickets with seat numbers will be issued starting from Friday, July 4 at 10:00.
Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled performance. We will announce the new dates on our official website and social media as soon as they are decided. We will also provide refunds for customers who cannot attend the rescheduled performance.

<For customers purchasing tickets for the Tokyo performance>
Tickets with seat numbers will be issued starting at 10:00 on Friday, July 4th.
Please note that the opening and starting times for the performance on Sunday, July 27th have changed.

[Before change] Doors open at 12:00, performance begins at 13:00
[After change] Doors open at 11:00, performance begins at 12:00

Those who purchased a 1-day ticket can still use it for the performance on Sunday, July 27th.
 

Please note that the performances on Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th have been canceled, so if you would like a refund, please apply for a refund during the refund period.
If you purchased a 3-day ticket, refunds will not be available for some dates, so please apply for a refund for all dates at once, and if you would like to attend the performance on Sunday, July 27th, please purchase tickets from the official website.

This decision was very difficult and may be disappointing for those who were looking forward to it, but all of our staff are working hard to prepare so that everyone who attends can have a memorable and wonderful experience.
